-
DescriptionPralmorelin acetate stimulates growth hormone secretion.Pralmorelin?acetate is an oral active synthetic peptide analogue of MEK.?Pralmorelin?acetate, an auxin releasing peptide/growth hormone secretory receptor agonist, can selectively stimulate ghrelin receptor and cause growth hormone release.?Pralmorelin has shown anti-inflammatory activity. An anti-inflammatory role for ghrelin (GHRP-2) in PKC-mediated inflammation of granulosa cells, at least in part, due to its inhibitory effect on PKC-induced activation of p38, JNK and NF-κB, possibly by targeting to MKP-1 and PP2A.An insulin tolerance test (ITT), CRH stimulation test, and GHRP-2 test on 47 patients suspected of having a hypothalamo-pituitary disorder were preformed. The results indicate that the GHRP-2 test may induce ACTH secretion from the pituitary gland through direct stimulation.

-
Anamorelin
A non-peptide, centrally-penetrant and selective agonist of GHSR with appetite-enhancing and anabolic effects.
-
Human growth hormone...
Human growth hormone-releasing factor stimulates GH production and release by binding to the GHRH Receptor (GHRHR) on cells in the anterior pituitary.Growth hormone-releasing hormone is a hormone produced in the hypothalamus. The main role of growth hormone-releasing hormone is to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone into the bloodstream.
-
K-(D-1-Nal)-FwLL-NH2
High affinity and potent ghrelin receptor inverse agonist (Ki values are 4.9 and 31 nM in COS7 and HEK293T cells, respectively). Blocks ghrelin receptor-mediated Gq- and G13-dependent signaling pathways.
